How We Work
We come to your home and determine what is needed. Most people find that our BASIC service is all that they need.
Though sometimes when you are away certain situations may arise where you need our additional assistance (see our Options Plan). Because these options are exclusively for our Desert Home Check clients, we will always try to accommodate you or direct you to the right person.
We report what we see. We photograph any potential problems and send you the photo with our Same-day Report. And because of our many years in the real estate professional, we know just what to look for should anything arise.
