TWO HOMECHECKS - $65.00
*Homes over 3000 SQ FT - $75.00
(prepaid) bi-weekly
FOUR HOMECHECKS - $108.00
*Homes over 3000 SQ FT - $125.00
(prepaid) 4 consecutive weeks
MORE THAN FOUR (4) HOMECHECKS - Add $27.00 for each additional home check
*Slightly higher fees for homes over 3000 SQ FT
