How do I know my home is being safely checked?

After each home check, you receive an e-mail report.
Photos are attached whenever there is an item of concern, or we will contact you directly.

How reliable is your service?
Service checks are conducted by Licensed Professionals. Our commitment to your peace of mind is part of our company standard. References are available upon request.





We left for vacation, but forgot to pack some items. Are you able to send them to us?
Yes. this is one of our options offered exclusively for our Desert HomeCHECK clients. Please check our service rates for cost information.

Is shipping and packaging included in the service cost?
No. You are responsible for all shipping and handling expenses.

Do we receive a bill for the cost of your service?
No. All services are PREPAID. we do not do any billing.

Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we do. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
