With over 20 years of combined professional experience, as real estate agents, Joy Farenden and Julie Gurbada were continually performing Home Checks on properties by the request of their clients while they were away. Because 'THINGS HAPPEN' in vacant homes, they always wished there was a dependable service their clients could call.

One day, over a chai latte, they agreed this is a necessary service, so they started Desert HomeCHECK! Together with other Realtor Associates they offer this service to anyone who has to leave their home unattended for a period of time and want PEACE OF MIND in knowing their home is being attended to by someone reliable and dependable.
